Invitation Design | Mississippi Center for Justice Road Trip 2012
This annual experience is orchestrated with a "blend of education and entertainment for those interested in the rich heritage of the Mississippi Delta" and who share Mississippi Center for Justice's vision of opportunity and justice for all. The invitation is a direct mail piece that folds down to perforated postcards that can be mailed as invitations or foster awareness of the event and the Delta.
Logo Design | 2 Mississippi Museums Logo
The 2 Mississippi Museums, The Museum of Mississippi History and Mississippi Civil Rights Museum, needed one identity that represented both projects during their development stages. The bold "2" unifies the two projects, with subtle under and over lining of "MISS" and "MS". Special thanks to Luckett Communications for bringing me in on this one!
Annual Report | EastGroup Properties
EastGroup Properties’ President and CEO, David H. Hoster, sets the tone for this company. And he does it well. Their proven stability in the marketplace based on their three-prong strategy has fared well for the shareholders of the company. During times of economic uncertainty, we wanted to put a face on EastGroup Properties by showing the officers who help to make it all happen.
Book Design | Mississippi Museum of Art
One of several books that we have designed that blends education & art and involves children in the creative process. The Four Dog Blues Band book tells Lianne Takemori's story of four dogs on their journey as teaches about some of the pieces in the Mississippi Story, the Mississippi Museum of Art's permanent collection that is open to the public with no charge for admission.
Annual Report | Mississippi Center for Justice
Mississippi Center for Justice's 2011 Annual Report focuses on the post-Katrina Mississippi Gulf Coast. The client copy reminded me of newspaper headlines, and everything took off from there. This piece won a bronze in the 2012 Summit International Awards annual report category.
Exhibition Design | GodwinGroup Timeline Wall
The GodwinGroup came to us to concept their expansive timeline wall installation that commemorates their 75th Anniversary. To truly honor the founders and creative history of the agency, it was necessary to spend a lot of time with the archived materials, absorbing their rich history and finding such treasures along the way. It was fun collaborating with their team.
Logo Design
This logo was developed for a massage therapist whose specialty was maternal massages. The figure is very introspective and nurturing, showing the healing, healthy calming effects that massage has for the mother and child. It won a bronze in the 2012 Summit International Awards logo category.
Website Design
This awareness site is designed to inform visitors of the health hazards associated with waste sludge that is being incorporated into the foods that we eat and the clothes that we wear.
